Storage is coming to Paternoster House

We’re creating ten secure storage units in the basement of Paternoster House, on the corner of Fore Street and North Street, and we’re aiming to open before Christmas.

Exeter has no self storage in the city centre. Every other option means a drive out to Marsh Barton, Matford or Cowley Bridge Road. That is no use if you live in a flat in town without a car, or run a shop on the High Street and need somewhere close by for stock.

What’s planned

• Ten units, from 4 m² (about the size of a large garden shed) to 12 m² (a large single garage)
• From £65 a month including VAT, fixed for the first year
• CCTV, and access through a door entry system from 6am to 8pm, seven days a week
• Your own padlock, so only you hold the key

Reserve now, first month free

Reserving is free and there’s nothing to pay until you move in. Reserve by 15 November and your first month is free, with a minimum stay of three months. Units are allocated in the order reservations arrive, and if our plans change your reservation is simply cancelled at no cost.
