Developer of the Year at the Insider South West Property Awards 2026
NooKo was named Developer of the Year at the Insider South West Property Awards 2026, announced at the Harbour Hotel in Bristol on 1 October. The category, sponsored by RED South West, shortlisted NooKo alongside Cubex, Stoford Developments with EDC, and StudioHIVE. The award recognises NooKo’s work bringing Exeter’s historic buildings back into use, from Paternoster House to the restoration now under way at the Royal Clarence.
Heritage Project of the Year at the Michelmores Property Awards 2025
Paternoster House, the restoration of Exeter’s first department store into 29 apartments and commercial space, won Heritage Project of the Year at the Michelmores Property Awards 2025, which celebrate the best property and development work across the South West.
