On Wednesday 28 October 2026, ten years to the day since the fire, historian Dr Todd Gray and Max Sayers of NooKo will give a public talk on the Royal Clarence at The Mint Methodist Church Centre in Exeter.
The afternoon is in two parts. Dr Todd Gray will speak on “The Fire and its aftermath”, looking back at 28 October 2016 and what followed. Max Sayers will then speak on “Rebuilding”, with an update on the work now under way to bring the building back to Cathedral Yard.
